These are update files for MS Office 12 on Windows 7.

It is important to set up Windows 7 properly.
Kaspersky antivirus protection needs to be disabled using its SETTINGS dialog.
Auto Updates need to be turned OFF using the Control Panel, System Security, Update, 
Change settings, NEVER check for updates, as auto updates of Excel break the proper display 
of the Company Name.
Do this BEFORE installing Excel and disconnect from the Internet after downloading the setup files.
Power Options need to be changed in Control Panel for HIGH PERFORMANCE and to NEVER turn off display.
The Clock, Language and Region must be set to USA ENGLISH only.
The Pallet Setup, XLS Setup and XLS Updates can be done at this time.

Please find attached an archive XLS_Update_21March2011.zip with three XLS update files.
Texas_Pallet_F_XLS_Update_082807_Application.exe is the old setup for Excel Professional.
Mexico_Pallet_C_XLS_Update_082907_Application.exe is the old setup for Excel Professional.

Mexico_Pallet_C_XLS_Update_012408_timeout_Application.exe fixes an Excel Home version 
resource leak which shows up after ten hours and should be used instead of the old Pro setup.
The graph updates every two minutes now and stops about thirty minutes after cooldown.
The PTC Explorer still logs until standby and should be disconnected at the end of each batch.
A message pops up when it is OK to disconnect.
Click X in the top right corner of the message box to close it -- do NOT click OK.
Press Control-P to print the visible CORRIENTE graph.
If Excel restarts by itself afterwards, click Control-Q to quit.
Put the controller into Reserva (Standby) and Disconnect from it. 
Click the latest CSV log file in PTC_LOGS and Control-R then Control-P in Excel to print it.

The appropriate Application file is to be run AFTER the initial PTC and XLS install on systems 
running Microsoft Office Excel version 12 on Windows 7.

The updates address MS Office 12 bugs that show the graph incorrectly.

The updates also add an icon to the desktop for the Company name and an icon 
for the Current Log Session or Corriente file making them easier to find.

Please note that MS Office 12 prints one line of  random dots and dashes 
half-way down across the page when printing graphics -- the pattern 
uniquely identifies each data file.
